Remember our courses are recognised and insurable, often you can add your training to your existing insurance or if you are a new therapist, therapy insurance information will be given to you on the day of your training.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO TAKE YOUR ADVANCED MASSAGE COURSES?
If you are contacting us because you wish to take one of our advanced courses and you are not sure if you qualification will be accepted please read the following information below.
For our advanced courses like Hot Stone Massage, MLD, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy massage etc we require a qualification in full body massage and A & P.
We require an NVQ level 3 in full body massage with anatomy and physiology, we cannot accept Indian head massage as this is not full body.
We cannot accept a weekend diploma course in massage as this would not be enough training hours for an NVQ level 3 which is required as usually it is around 15 days or 100 learning hours. We have to adhere to the rules of the professional bodies and their requirements who accredit our advanced massage courses.
If you are unsure of the level please check this with your training provider first before signing up for an advanced course.

You can pay your deposit on our secure web site with a credit or debit card or by cheque - please choose the date you wish to attend and fill out the booking form and choose the payment option you prefer. If you wish to pay by cheque you will be emailed the information where to send this to.
Any Groupon and Wowcher voucher offers
Please check your voucher for the email & phone contact details as you need
to deal directly with the tutor to organise your training date. This cannot be done via our web site or by our contact number as we do not hold the tutors diary for this - Thank you

do get a high volumn of calls but if you need to leave a message we
will usually get back to you the same day or within 24 hours.
You can book your course right up to the day or evening before as the booking will go direct to the tutor who will confirm this with you.

PAYMENTS - HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE FOR MY COURSE?
Please note to book onto any of our courses Gateway only takes the deposit for the course (we do not take the full payment) once you have booked your details are sent direct to the tutor and they will contact you with regards to the balance. You will have a choice to pay the balance straight away if you wish or 14 days before your course start date or sooner if it is a last minute booking.
You can book up to 24 hours before a course as tutors check their bookings daily, you will receive a confirmation email from the tutor once you have booked and within this email it will give you the information you require so you can pay the balance to them direct.If you are a company paying for a student to attend please email us as we accept a Proforma invoice.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I BOOK MORE THAN ONE COURSE?
We are not the most expensive and we are not the cheapest when it comes to courses, be aware of companies offering block course booking discounts. We believe you will be more than delighted with our courses & we do not discount our courses or de-value our tutors time.
Our teachers are excellent at what they do and our prices, which we believe are affordable, reflect the high quality training & the price you pay.
We do not compromise our costs which would then compromise the training you would receive. There are other courses out there offering lower prices and discounts but be aware you pay for what you get.
As a suggestion maybe you would like to attend one course first to make sure you are happy with our training before booking the rest, you will find the one to one tuition you get from smaller classes is a great benefit and our established history offering accredited courses for over ten years gives you the confidence you are getting good value for money.
ARE MASSAGE BEDS, EQUIPMENT AND CREAMS ETC INCLUDED IN THE COURSE?
Do I have to bring anything and can i buy what i need afterwards?All massage beds, chairs, all equipment and creams etc are all provided on the day of your training course so you will not have to bring anything with you.
The tutor can advice you on where to get affordable products on the day of your training and we have a Gateway shop on our web site where you can get affordable and reliable massage beds, chairs and hot stone kits etc.
DO I NEED TO BRING A MODEL WITH ME ON THE DAY?
No, you will work with another student on the day of your training so there is no need to bring a model with you.
VENUE TIMES
Venue times can be found at the bottom of each course page.
MOST OF OUR ONE DAY COURSES THE TIMES ARE:
10.30 to 4.30pm Weekdays or 11.00-5pm Weekends (and usually one hour longer for the advanced courses - all course times can be found on each course page) these will also be confirmed to you by the tutor once you book as a reminder.
ABOUT PAYMENTS
Remember the balance payment for your course is paid direct to the tutor, they will contact you within 3 days of your booking (or earlier if it is a last minute booking) with full venue address, directions and final payment information.
When you book with us you will receive an email from the tutor with their contact information so you can arrange this easily with them.
DISTANT LEARNING COURSES
Please note we do not offer distant learning courses for massage - we strongly believe that massage must be learnt on site with tutors to guide you in person.

This is a reminder of the course content and technique you have learnt & cannot replace onsite training for insurance & safety purposes. WE WILL ASK YOU FOR PROOF OF YOUR TRAINING CERTIFICATE AND WITHOUT THIS DVD'S ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.
DVD's are £12 which includes P&P or £10 on the day.
