Examinations
BTEC (The Business and Technical Education Council) is a long established awarding body that works closely with colleges and universities to deliver qualifications to over 2 million learners around the world. ITEC is an independent professional examinations board whose examinations are recognised nationally and internationally.
Throughout the course you will be given some knowledge tests, quizzes and assessments to monitor your learning as you go along. At the end of the course you will be required to take a final exam.
For BTEC there is a three hour written paper.
For ITEC there is a 1 hour written paper and a multiple choice paper.
Exams are conducted approximately every 2 months at our training centre in St Thomas Hospital in London and various areas around the UK. Once you have begun your training you can elect to be enrolled onto an exam of your choosing, providing you have completed the course.
The prerequisite for attending this course (we are guided by what the professional bodies and insurance companies ask for) - None, no previous experience required this is open to complete beginners.
