General Information about how to book with us and FAQ covering deposit payments, final balance payments, venue addresses etc.
Bookings and Payments with Gateway are simple and easy, once you have decided on the course you wish to book we take payments
for courses by credit or debit card. You can pay using our online payment service with WorldPay - SAFE, SECURE, EASY AND STRAIGHT FORWARD.
You can book at anytime on our web site or over the phone and even the night before the course as your booking form will be sent direct to the course tutor. You will automatically receive all course venue information straight away after your booking by email. For last min bookings up to 24 hours before, the final payment can be paid on the day otherwise the final payment is 14 days before your course start date.
If you book a course close to the start date you can pay the final balance immediately to the tutor who will contact you direct for final payment once you have booked and paid your deposit.

WE MAKE EVERYTHING STRAIGHTFORWARD FOR YOU - TUTORS WILL BE IN TOUCH STRAIGHT AFTER YOUR BOOKING TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT YOUR COURSE OR TRAVEL ETC.
You can also pay over the phone or alternatively you can pay by cheque or postal order. We only ask for a small deposit giving you plenty of time to save for the course fee, all our courses are very competitively priced making them affordable to all.

IMPORTANT - To pay by Cheque, postal order or over the Phone, fill out your details on our booking form and then please select the 'Pay by cheque or phone' option (this will give you the cheque postal address or number to call if you wish to pay over the phone). However, places cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received and due to small classes it is on a first come first served basis with regards to deposit payments to be fair on everyone.
Please note we do not give out the full address of the venue one our web site because in the past sometimes students have turned up on the day hoping to join a full class which is not possible. A deposit payment has to be taken first to secure your booking & wasted journeys are now avoided by us giving out full address details after a booking has been taken!
Booking for more than one place - If you wish to book more than one place for your chosen course you can easily do when you book online with our simple booking service. There is a plus and minus option so you can increase or decrease the amount of people you wish to book.
Want to book more than one course? You can easily book more than one course in one go. Any previous courses booked will be saved in your cart and any new ones will be added making it easy to book more than one course at a time.
Places Available - All dates and availability are updated live as you book, once the deposit has been paid online. Please note the numbers available which are showing are correct on a minute to minute basis and will show full as soon as the course date becomes fully booked.
PAYMENT: Remember you only have to pay a small deposit to secure your place, we do not take the full course fee this is then paid
directly to the tutor who will contact you with these details. You can pay them straight away or up to 14 days before your course starts giving you time to budget if needed.
Last minute bookings - Yes you can book last minute (you can book up to the evening before) you can pay cash or cheque on
the day. Due to small classes places are only booked once the deposit has been paid & it is on a first come first served basis, early
bookings are advised due to small classes & limited places.
Booking Conditions - Due to limited places for our courses all deposits are strictly non-refundable & non transferable. However in
the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by the tutor you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot
attend this date the tutor will refund your deposit and or full course fee if this has also been paid. The course will usually go ahead
if there are at least 2 people booked on, it is very rare that a course is cancelled.
Venue Address & Course Details - should you choose to pay your deposit online the teachers full venue address and contact
details will automatically be emailed to you for your reference, once the transaction is successfully completed. You will also get a
Booking email from our Database and then you will be sent an email confirming the Booking within 3 days from the tutor with directions
to the venue and further payment information. Final payment for our one day courses is to be paid no later than 14 days before the
start date or 4 weeks if it is an ITEC course. ITEC Courses can be paid in instalments, please see course page for details and longer
courses the tutors require your payment up to 14 days before the start date.
Please Look out for your tutor confirmation as it has important details & rememeber to check your junk or delete bin for
email confirmations if it does not arrive in your in-box.
