HOW TO BOOK - HOW TO PAY - AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...

This page will give you general Information about how to book with us and FAQ covering deposit payments, final balance payments, venue addresses etc.

Please take a moment to read the following page which I hope is helpful:

Bookings and Payments with Gateway are simple and easy, once you have decided on the course you wish to book we take deposit payments for courses by credit or debit card online or alternatively you can pay over the phone or by cheque/postal order.

FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT
The deposit is taken off the course fee, you can pay the deposit online or over the phone.

The balance payment is paid direct to the course tutor and they will contact you by email as soon as you pay the deposit to organise this for you. Please look out for the confirmation email once you book with final payment information.

How To use Our Site and How to Book - 6 easy and quick steps are explained below

You can easily book online by using our online payment service with WorldPay - SAFE, SECURE, EASY AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. 99% of our students book and pay online, we have been trading for over ten years and we use the safest online payment system making it easy and safe to use your credit or debit card on the Internet.

1. Click on the 'courses available' page on our web site (this page link can be found on our home page at the top under the main 3 photos) to view all the courses we offer.

From this list of courses simply choose the course of interest by clicking on its title, this will take you to a page with full course details and dates.

2. Once on the chosen course page, read all the course information then scroll to the very bottom of the page to see the venues on offer for this course.

3. How to view the course dates - Make sure you are on the course page and then scroll to the VERY bottom of that page and then click on the venue of interest to view the dates available

4. When you have chosen the date you wish to book simply click on the link that says 'book' which you will see next to the date and this will take you to our booking form where you can easily book your course it takes just a matter of moments.

5. All you need to do is follow the instructions and simply fill out your name and contact details on the form provided. Once the form has been filled out you scroll to the bottom of that page and choose the method of payment.

We advise you pay online as it is the quickest option and will secure your place immediately, alternatively if you prefer once you have filled out your details you can choose the option to 'pay over the phone' or by cheque.

You will see the options and you just choose the one you prefer.

6. If you choose the option to pay over the phone (after you have filled out your details) we suggest you call us straight away during office hours Monday - Friday and we can process your payment over the phone by credit or debit card. Your place will not be secured until the deposit has been paid so we recommend you do this straight away to avoid disappointment as we only take small numbers per class and they can fill quickly.

Once you fill out your details, if you click on the pay over the phone button you will receive an email with our phone number on it so you can call us.

If it is outside of office hours you may wish to pay online by credit or debit card, however if you still wish to pay over the phone we will be happy to help with this once the office is open.

We make everything straightforward for you - tutors will be in touch after your booking by email with your booking confirmation with all the directions to the venue and final balance details you need.

Included will be the tutor's contact details and are there to help with any questions you may have about your course or travel etc and to organise your final balance payment.

Payments by phone or by cheque

You can also pay over the phone or alternatively you can pay by cheque or postal order. We only ask for a small deposit giving you plenty of time to save for the course fee, all our courses are very competitively priced making them affordable to all. All we ask you to do is choose the course of interest as per instructions above and choose a date and fill out one of our booking forms - there is an option once you have done this to pay over the phone or instructions to pay by cheque.

You can book at anytime on our web site or over the phone and even the night before the course as your booking form will be sent direct to the course tutor. You will automatically receive all course venue information straight away after your booking by email.

For last minute bookings ONLY the final payment can be paid on the day (a booking up to 24 hours before the course start date only), otherwise the final payment (for all one day courses) is 21 days before your course start date. If however you have booked the longer ITEC course in London they allow you to pay the final balance in 3 instalments as you train.

If you book a course close to the start date you can pay the final balance immediately to the tutor who will contact you direct for final payment once you have booked and paid your deposit.

IMPORTANT - To pay by Cheque, postal order or over the Phone, fill out your details on our booking form and then please select the 'Pay by cheque or phone' option (this will give you the cheque postal address or number to call if you wish to pay over the phone). However, places cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received and due to small classes it is on a first come first served basis with regards to deposit payments to be fair on everyone.

Venue Address

Please note we do not give out the full address of the venue one our web site because in the past sometimes students have turned up on the day hoping to join a full class which is not possible. A deposit payment has to be taken first to secure your booking & wasted journeys are now avoided by us giving out full address details after a booking has been taken!

Booking for more than one place - If you wish to book more than one place for your chosen course you can easily do when you book online with our simple booking service. There is a plus and minus option so you can increase or decrease the amount of people you wish to book.

Want to book more than one course? - You can easily book more than one course in one go. Any previous courses booked will be saved in your cart and any new ones will be added making it easy to book more than one course at a time.

Places Available - All dates and availability are updated live as you book, once the deposit has been paid online. Please note the numbers available which are showing are correct on a minute to minute basis and will show full as soon as the course date becomes fully booked.

PAYMENT: Remember you only have to pay a small deposit to secure your place, we do not take the full course fee this is then paid directly to the tutor who will contact you with these details. You can pay them straight away or up to 21 days before your course starts giving you time to budget if needed. If you book an ITEC course in London you can pay the balance in 3 instalments as you train.

Last minute bookings - Yes you can book last minute (you can book up to the evening before) you can pay cash or cheque on the day. Due to small classes places are only booked once the deposit has been paid & it is on a first come first served basis, early bookings are advised due to small classes & limited places.

Booking Conditions - Due to limited places for our courses all deposits are strictly non-refundable & non transferable unless enough notice cancellation notice period is given in writing (please check our terms and conditions page for full details) However in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by the tutor you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date the tutor will refund your deposit and or full course fee if this has also been paid. The course will usually go ahead
if there are at least 2 people booked on, it is very rare that a course is cancelled.

Venue Address & Course Details - should you choose to pay your deposit online the teachers full venue address and contact details will automatically be emailed to you for your reference, once the transaction is successfully completed. You will also get a Booking email from our Database and then you will be sent an email confirming the Booking within 3 days from the tutor with directions to the venue and further payment information.

Final payment for our one day courses is to be paid no later than 21 days before the start date or 4 weeks if it is an ITEC course. ITEC Courses can be paid in instalments, please see course page for details. For our one day courses the tutors require your payment up to 21 days before the start date. If you book a course close to the start date you can pay the final balance immediately to the tutor who will contact you direct for final payment once you have booked and paid your deposit.

Please Look out for your tutor confirmation as it has important details & remember to check your junk or delete bin for email confirmations if it does not arrive in your in-box.
